Shri Salasar Food Industry established in 2025 by Mr. Rameshwar Daliya, earlier known as Shree Shyam Traders since 1996. The Daliya family is in the business since 1936, as Shree Nandlal Ji Ramjeevan Ji Daliya dealt with Atta & Spices.
Mr. Shyamsunder Daliya is looking after selection & procurement of the premium quality hard wheat as well as the production and quality control processes. His expertise in the field over 3 decades is the key to run manufacturing process smoothly.
Mr. Rameshwar Daliya is looking after marketing of the company’s products. And he is also keen in expanding the product range and always in the search of new markets.
